El Gaucho

El Gaucho is a South American Grill restaurant chain, operating in Israel since 1982, with branches all over the country. The chain specializes in the Argentinean kitchen starting with choosing the beef parts carefully, beef sectioning, cutting, aging in special refrigerators and the unique method of grilling on a charcoal grill.

In addition, the El Gaucho chain operates catering services, provides rural accommodations, meat workshops and meals for carnivores.

Recently, the chain launched a series of premium frozen meat products, marketed under the "El Gaucho” brand name.  El Gaucho offers a complete South American grill experience, which includes the best and finest meat products, as well as the best South American cutting and aging methods, and brings it directly to the Israeli kitchen.

The meat arrives from Argentina after being professionally processed and undergo a meticulous aging process, which preserves the quality and fine taste of the meat with nothing added but seasoning.
